Here is a list of new species of Pokemon found roaming through the lands of SOTD. They were discovered by shadowfiles, so don't steal! ![]() Shining purple eyes Watch the world in saddened grief. Simply an outcast. Profile Ability: Pressure Classification: Outcast Pokemon Type: Dark/Normal Height: 2' 3" Length: 3' 10" Weight: 34.5 lbs Greyeon were the first new species of Pokemon to be found in SOTD. They were discovered over a year before the settlement was founded, and still roam freely today, though rarely. Mostly grey colored with only their pupiless purple eyes to saturate their appearance, it is no wonder they are never truly happy. Greyeon tend to stay away from other creatures since they prefer to be isolated from all, including other Greyeons, and are quite territorial, so they will attack others who intrude on the patches of land they claim as their own. Usually, areas around Greyeons' territories are marked by abnormally harsh climates due to the fact that Greyeons spend a large portion of their time causing bad weather. They are rarely captured by trainers, and even then, it takes years before a bond is fully developed between a trainer and the Pokemon. However, their hostility that makes them proficient fighters. It is believed that Greyeons originate from a certain situation in which an Eevee is halted in the midst of evolving into an Umbreon which would attribute to prior confirmed knowledge of them being Dark/Normal types. However, what manner of distraction that is involved in the process is yet unconfirmed. Many believe that it is due to the odd circumstances of their evolution that they are shunned by other Eevees and Eevee evolutions as they are deemed mutants and, therefore, outcasts. Henceforth, they are forced away from the rest of Eevee society and live their lives in grief. Statuses Currently this data has been gathered on the status of Greyeon. Monster Ground ![]() Frolicking in joy, Leaping at Trainers' commands, An average pet. Profile Ability: Acrobatic Classification: Energetic Pokemon Type: Normal Height: 3' 1" Length: 4' 7" Weight: 57.8 lbs Mundaneon are, as their classification suggests, very energetic Pokemon. They are very friendly and playful, so they do not start fights in the wild unless they are attacked. Alot of their time in the wild is spent running around fields chasing butterflies and many similar activities that are very much like that of what an Eevee would do. However, unlike Eevee, they like to spend time doing various tricks when they can such as jumping over a recently fallen log or leaping up to a tree to reach some Oran Berries. Mundaneon have been known to do somersaults up to seven times their own height, or around twenty-one feet high. Alot of times, they gather in groups and do tricks together in a manner that seems alot like a light-hearted competition. These bouncy, playful creatures like to reside among berry groves where they can feast upon their favorite foods which include Oran Berries, Sitrus Berries, Pecha Berries, and Nanab Berries. And indeed Mundaneons love to eat their favorite berries. In fact, it is believed that an Eevee evolves into a Mundaneon by holding the same Oran Berry during a certain length of training. This theory also would seem to explain their energeticness as Oran Berries are known to give Pokemon powerful energy boosts when used. Another similar theory is that an Eevee evolves into a Mundaneon if it becomes extremely happy in a berry grove. In any case, many believe that they are somehow linked to the berry trees they spend so much of their time among. A number of Mundaneon have been captured by trainers before. However, there are no publicly known cases of an Eevee evolving into a Mundaneon in the possession of a Trainer. Because of this, there was once controversy over whether they were even Eevee evolutions or not at a time when the only evidence of them being so was that they would be known to hang around groups of Eevees or Eevee evolutions at times. But, any arguments over the matter where quieted when the offspring of a female Mundaneon was found to be an Eevee. Statuses Currently this data has been gathered on the status of Mundaneon. Profile Ability: Swift Swim Classification: Seaweed Pokemon Type: Grass/Water Height: 2' 10" Length: 4' 3" Weight: 23.5 lbs Kelpeon are, arguably, one of the most mysterious of the eon evolutions. They have been known to wait, camouflaged amid the kelp of the seas, but no one knows what they wait for in truth. It is also a complete mystery what they eat. However, we do know that Kelpeon are very fast swimmers and will easily spring away when threatened. On land, they do not share nearly the same grace, though, and tend to move in likeliness to that of a Gulpin's. Many times, a Kelpeon can be seen frolicking with a Vaporeon or Kingdra. They enjoy merrily playing games of what appears to be underwater tag and hide-and-go-seek, but it has been observed that they nearly always win hide-and-go-seek. But, they are not nearly so jolly during the mysterious waits in which an aura of despair seems to surround them. The method of evoltution for this species seems to indicate that there is the involvement of a water stone's usage in a certain area. Some people speculate about the mechanics of this and it has been narrowed down to a couple of select seas. Statuses Currently this data has been gathered on the status of Kelpeon.
